We’re an independent app for people settling abroad. If you need help, want to report something, or have feedback, here’s how to reach us.
General support and feedback
Email us at admin@myhabroad.info. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Please include:
- The email address on your MyHAbroad account (if applicable)
- A short description of the issue, plus the country you’re using the app from
- For app bugs: your device (iPhone/Android), OS version, and a screenshot if possible
Privacy, data access, and deletion (GDPR)
For privacy questions, data export or correction requests, or to exercise any of your rights under GDPR (Articles 15–22), email admin@myhabroad.info. You can also delete your account yourself at any time from Delete account, or download a copy of your data from your Profile.
Report abuse, scams, or unsafe content
Report any post, message, listing, or user inside the app using the report button on the item itself — that route goes straight to our moderation queue. For urgent safety concerns you can also email admin@myhabroad.info.
Service providers and partnerships
Want to be listed as a verified service provider (lawyer, immigration consultant, relocation specialist, teacher) or discuss a partnership? Email admin@myhabroad.info with details of your business and the country you operate in.
