MyHAbroad provides informational guides and a moderated community for foreigners living in Poland. Content is general information only and is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Always verify with the official sources we link to (e.g., gov.pl, ZUS) and consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information; we may suspend accounts that use false identities.

You retain ownership of content you submit (posts, comments, teacher profiles, images). By submitting it, you grant MyHAbroad a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.

• No illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• No spam, scams, or misleading information presented as fact.
• No impersonation of officials, businesses, or other users.
• No scraping, automated submission, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No sharing of others’ personal data without consent.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Teacher profiles and listings are submitted by third parties. We perform basic vetting but do not guarantee qualifications, availability, or the quality of any service. Always do your own due diligence before engaging a teacher or service provider.

Site design, branding, and aggregated content are owned by MyHAbroad or used under licence. You may share article links and quote brief excerpts with attribution; do not republish full articles without permission.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHAbroad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the courts competent for the seat of MyHAbroad.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
