Superbloom Festival Expands to Week-Long Celebration in Munich
Munich's popular Superbloom Festival returns to the Olympiapark for a full week (August 29–September 4), featuring live music, international artists, sporting events, and family activities.
An Extended Summer Celebration
The Superbloom Festival is taking place in Munich's Olympiapark for the fifth time – but this time it's lasting a whole week for the first time. The summer festival is a real highlight in Munich's calendar of events with a varied programme of live music, sporting events, culinary delights, themed weekends, children's activities and pure summer feeling.
This year's international line-up includes stars and bands such as Lorde, Sombr, Lewis Capaldi, Ayliva and Zartmann, with a supporting programme that complements the concerts with performances, workshops, talks and much more. The following events are already confirmed: themed weekends, Dachshund Day, the big fireworks display and the influencer flea market 'Treasure Hunt'.
What This Means for You
If you're living in or near Munich, Superbloom offers a full week of accessible, family-friendly entertainment at one of the city's most iconic venues. The Olympiapark has excellent public transport connections, and the extended run means multiple days to catch performances or explore the different themed weekends. For newcomers, it's a great way to experience Munich's summer culture and connect with both local and international crowds. Book tickets early, as these festivals tend to sell out quickly.
