Omo, moving abroad and making friends from scratch is a whole experience ooo😩😭… It just comes with a sudden realisation… “Wait, who am I supposed to gist with?” 😭 How did you make your first friends abroad? Work? School? Church? Neighbour? Dating app? 😌 Or did friendship just happen somehow? Tell us! 👀

      You don’t wanna know 😂 I’m just 9months old abroad but girl , the first group of friends I met literally made me realize life is better alone 😂😂And yes Church people have been great too , just taking it a step at a time because some of us takes this friendship thing so deep and right now I’m on a very strict program of making friends once bitten kinda thing …

Awww🥹…I can only imagine what you experienced with your first group of friends 🫂.Now,“strict program of making friends” is sending me😂😂! But honestly, I get it. Sometimes moving abroad teaches you to take friendship slowly and let people earn their place. 😭😂 At least the church people are giving you hope! 😂❤️ One step at a time — I’m rooting for you and I hope you find and experience the best kind of friendship really soon🫶!
