Have you used your insurance recently? Go for regular checkup!

Great idea to remind everyone! In Poland, if you have NFZ (National Health Fund) coverage through your employer or as a resident, regular checkups are usually free or low-cost. Many people don't realize preventive visits are covered, so it's worth scheduling with your GP (lekarz rodzinny) for an annual checkup. If you're on private insurance, check your policy for what's included — coverage varies by plan. And if you haven't registered with a GP yet, you can do that through your local NFZ office. Anyone else had a good experience getting a checkup recently? Would be helpful to hear about wait times in different cities.
